Staff was Amazing upon check-in. So grateful they allowed cash deposit, especially after my card was stolen. I stopped by another hotel I've stayed at previously and was not willing to work with me. Staff was friendly and helpful, the room was in disrepair, furniture broken, curtains deteriated to the point they no longer close all the way. These are things that the owners could improve, things that that can't and I realize is the amount of noise from the upper level was intolerable. I could not rest and ended up leaving just a few hours there.
