"La Villa Lavandière," a 4-star property, is a beautiful house located just steps from the historic center of Colmar, in a pleasant and peaceful neighborhood with two private parking spaces.
This characterful house features bright rooms with high ceilings and large windows that let in natural light.
Upon entering, you'll enjoy a spacious living room with a sofa and flat-screen TV on one side, and a dining area and a toilet on the other.
Following this, you'll have access to the fully equipped and furnished kitchen. On the south-facing terrace, you can relax in the jacuzzi while enjoying the tranquility of the house.
On the first level, it features three bedrooms, each with a 160x200cm bed, a 140x200cm bed, and two 90x200cm single beds that can be joined together, a bathroom with a bathtub and vanity unit, and a separate toilet.
On the second level, you access a master suite with a king-size bed (180x200), a bathroom equipped with a shower, a bathtub, a toilet, and a dressing room.
In the basement, you can enjoy a relaxation area or additional sleeping space with a sofa bed (140x200).
Thanks to its ideal location next to the city's pedestrian zone, it occupies a strategic position during your visits and allows you to enjoy the enchanting atmosphere of this neighborhood during the Christmas holidays and the Easter market.
