The rooms were very clean and full of useful items. Our stay was very comfortable, and the staff were helpful. The swimming pool is a delight. A few extra courtesy items, like most other hotels, would be appreciated. The bar and surrounding area were strangely quiet, appearing closed at most times. We were not informed of the ongoing work near the entrance, either prior to arriving, or at check in.

Staff was excellent, especially Daniela. Beds were comfortable. Spacious shower! Pool was refreshing & sauna relaxing. Parking lot convenient but expensive 32 euros/day. Tram/trains located around the building. Took tram U 1 to Heumarkt & walked to Cathedral & Ludwig Museum. Oma Janßen Colonialwarenhandel has great pastries & delicious coffee drinks. Enjoyed our stay at the Adina!

The bathroom was not cleaned properly I noticed that dirt towels were hanging and the folded towels were also used and dirty. A bit late after you take a shower! Disgusting Will never stay again

I thought it was a lovely hotel with a great location and helpful staff. Minor gripe: the breakfast was too overpriced to take up and making the tea/coffee machine in the lobby free would have been a nice touch.
