I have been staying at this Hotel for the past 15 years since it was Intercontinental. Unfortunately this stay was very very bad in all means. House keeping very poor, towels , bedsheets are all old and terrible.

The staff were absolutely incredible! Everyone was beyond friendly and was always willing to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. Breakfast is great as well for a good price. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!!

I’ve been staying at Dorint Heumarkt for many years, the property lobby was renovated few years ago and they also renovated the top floors rooms. I was given a room that smelled very bad due to old carpet and old ventilation. When I requested to change the room for a new one they told me that these rooms are all booked. It was uncomfortable staying in smelly old room.

It was a decent hotel. Pillows are horrible and I didn’t like how they offer the gym as an amenity on the website but you need to pay $20 a day to use it. Pretty ridiculous but besides that location is great to walk around.
