The hotel is well located, a short walk from the train station. Upon entering, I was warmly greeted and completing the registration process was quick and easy. The hotel room was as I expected it to be. During all of my interactions with the staff, they were friendly, professional and helpful.

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast very nice. The only negative was the price was so overly inflated because of the ANUGA food show in town. Also, bring charged for the water in the room seemed unnecessary. Towels could be better.

Generally good and clean. A few things makes me lower the rating 1. A little out maintenance - one room the AC controller was broken, the other room is missing fridge and they refuse the change room. 2. Even "do not disturbed" was put out, the cleaning lady still get in the room, this is a big no-no 3. During the 3-stay, there was a wedding post party from 1 am - 3 am with annoying bass that disturbed our rest. 4 out of 5 people in our group were badly affected by that. The property has the potential to be much better, seems management problem to me. Friendly does not help the bad property management problems.

Great hotel for families & close to Koln Hbf

Great hotel very close to Koln Hbf and the city centre. Our room overlooked a quiet courtyard and was a family room with two separate bedrooms (a very welcome change from the usual double bed and sofa bed in one room that is available at many other hotels). The buffet breakfast had a great selection and the standalone restaurant in the hotel building looked very good although we didn't eat there.

It was such a great experience. Everyone was so attentive, from reception to restaurant. Walkable to main area and safe. Easy to get to from main train station (i recommend walking and not getting 24 day ticket for transport unless you go far) Thank you again!

Spacious and clean

Great location near restaurants and a grocery store. Rooms are clean, and comfortable. Kitchen is very dated but functional. Overall great room for the price and spacious.
