Really liked how it was self service, very easy, beautiful rooms felt so fancy. We had a small issue with our TV, emailed the help desk at 10.30pm and by 10.35 we had a staff member there helping us. Incredible.

This hotel is very close to one of the tram stations. You could walk to the main station as well. The hotel was clean and the rooms were sufficiently large enough.

Quick and convenient.

Very clean. The quick and easy check in process was perfect as we were only staying one night. Room was small which was fine for us because we were not spending much time there. We appreciated the easy contactless system.

Nice room! Good AC for summer - comfy bed. I’m not a huge fan of not having a self checkout as you get a code to enter the hotel but once I found it in my junk mail box it was fine

Liked the location, clean and tidy, air conditioning worked well. Large bathroom. Maybe needs a table/shelf in the room. Nice touch with the self service breakfast at a reduced cost.

The room was very nice and clean, well prepared and it had very modern facilities. The shower was incredible, with two heads and amazing water pressure. There was an issue with checking in as the system had to be updated so we had to call support and wait a while but it was sorted very quickly. The noise outside the hotel was incredibly loud at night but that isn't the hotels fault.

Really good value for money - the room was stylish, as was the bathroom, with a comfortable bed. I checked in online which made it easy to use the iPad to get my room key. I took advantage of the lockers to store my baggage as I arrived in the morning. It really wasn’t an issue having no staff
