I arrived and doors were locked when back again after half an hour and still not open.i asked for parking and i have to look around for a public parking and paid twice as much as they mentioned on the website.over all the hotel is right in the middle of everything

Had a great stay. The location is fantastic: Less than a block from the Alter Markt and 5-8 minute walk to the Kölner Dom. My room was clean and comfortable. A couple of things…There is no elevator so be prepared to haul your luggage up flights of stairs. Second, the rooms are very comfortable but they are not large. As a single person it was fine for me but for two adults with a decent amount of luggage it may feel a little tight

The hotel was very nice overall. The rooms were very modern, clean, and well maintained. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the old town, Alter Markt and the Rhine just a few steps away. The breakfast was very good, served in the adjoining cafe. The only minor issue was the lack of full time reception staff which made check in and out a slight hassle.

Small room with paper thin walls and right along a busy alley with late night bars. Bring sound cancelling headphones. Also, I don't think you're able to control the temperature of the room so bring a fan because it will get stuffy. You can open the window to let in cooler air but you'll also be opening your room up to the street noise. Although it was a location that was close to all the action I wouldn't stay here again.
