The room was very clean. The bathroom was quite small but clean. The walls are thin so you easily hear neighbors. The location is convenient, albeit not within walking distance of any of the city's main attractions. Avoid room service: it is extremely slow and expensive for the quality. It's a nice 4* but not really 5*

Our four night stay due to availability though booked in different rooms was upgraded to a suite with complementary club benefits. Check in was fast, staff are very friendly and want to please guests. Suite is large with a beautiful view of the ocean and the city. It is a new hotel, close to restaurants and shopping.

Unfortunately the smell of damp in our room (1412) was so strong and overpowering that it woke us up and disrupted our sleep. I was also concerned about the possible health implications. The staff were very friendly and the other facilities were very good.
