The staff was very attentive and helpful! The Hot Tub/ Spa had a wide variety of temperatures from cool to just right to Hot on the various visits. The jets in the Whirlpool are excellent in their strength and location!

Upon check in the check in lady was not the friendliest at all. She coded our room keys for only 1 night. We stayed 2 nights. The next day we had to get new room keys. This lady was the bomb. She gave us new room keys, gave directions and helped us order a pizza. So helpful and friendly

we put the door hanger asking for maid service out two different days. We never received service. We had to go to the front counter and ask for more towels and TP. The room decor is cold and sterile. the HVAC unit is very loud. Finally, the pictures hung on the wall are very very crooked not a big deal in itself, but just drives home the general lack of care and attention seen everywhere
