I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay. Check-in was scheduled for 3 PM, but I had to wait several hours before receiving my room. The line was incredibly long, filled with families, children, and pets—making the wait even more stressful.
This delay disrupted the start of my trip, and I couldn’t reach management to discuss the issue. The breakfast area was poorly maintained, with no staff available to restock beverages or food—there wasn’t even water or coffee available.
I originally planned to stay for two nights, but due to these issues, I decided to leave early. My friends, who were also staying at the hotel, dealt with additional problems including a broken TV, a non-working refrigerator, and no hot water in their room.
Based on this experience, I’ll be much more cautious when booking accommodations in the future.
