coming from Canada the price of a hotel is a challenge because of the exchange of the dollar. I can get reasonable prices but sacrifice on the hotel standards. AT MCM I got a high quality standard and a reasonable price.

I left the Colorado Springs area in june 1969--after graduating from the United States Air Force Academy. The drive down from Denver was fantastic. I can say that West has matured! I'm now engaged in preparing a landing site on Mars rhathost the First Human Bilage.

Traveling through solo with my dog. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the room and there were plenty of grassy areas to walk my dog. Quiet and safe area with easy access to local attractions

Everything was fine except for the conditions of the beds in room 242. One of the beds had a huge sag in the middle of it. You could not sleep on it. Both of the mattress in this room need to be replaced. Other than that it was okay for the price.

We enjoyed our stay. Room was clean and bed was comfy. Hotel a little outdated, but it looks looks like they are renovating. Breakfast was convenient and had lots of options, but was just ok. My kids liked making their own waffles. Staff was friendly and helpful. Overall, a good deal and enjoyable stay.

Reasonable, Convenient, but Outdated Suites

We stayed five nights as part of a summer road trip. The place was OK, with separate sleeping areas in the "Family Suite" to get us out of our kid's hair, and the room had all of the essentials though is in need of remodel. Unfortunately we received a wheelchair-accessible suite rather than what we reserved and paid for, which meant the floor space was wasted on a huge bathroom and kitchen, so everything else was cramped. The seating area near the kitchen was unusable; no real shelf/table in the bathroom; there were no dressers; etc. Essentially all of the niceties in the photos weren't there or usable. Also I have to note the laundry is used by what appears to be non-guests. One of our two times trying to use it there were about ten loads' worth of dirty clothes someone had brought in large trash bags. Never having had ten loads of laundry on a road trip, I suspect neighbors were using it as a freebie laundromat (the door to the laundry room isn't locked). Otherwise the facility generally worked for us - there was a single gas grill, but fortunately the tank needs to be requested so nobody else was using it. The gym is a single weight machine that doesn't even allow shoulder presses (and there are no dumbbells), but it was good enough for a couple decent workouts. The keycard had issues frequently as well, but were resolved for a day or two by having the front desk rewrite them.
