Amazing balcony overlooking Main Street, with beautiful views of Downtown Manitou. Shopping, great restaurants, and hiking right out the front door. Private parking for 1 vehicle. Very Steep stairs to enter Loft, if you have trouble with stairs this isn't the place for you.
During your stay at this apartment building, you're just a quick walk from Manitou Springs Heritage Center. The apartment offers a kitchen and a balcony.
