This property features 2 king beds, perfect for a good night's sleep as well as a queen size sleeper sofa. This retreat boasts a large backyard and patio seating for you and your friends or the perfect escape for a couple looking to get away. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer/dryer, Wifi, HDTV and Nespresso coffee machine with complementary pods to start your day our right. This location is 1 mile to the USC Main Campus, 2 miles to Williams-Brice Stadium and the NAC and 3 miles from Colonial Life Arena. Whether you are coming for the shopping and restaurants, exceptional sporting arena, concert shows or coming to just escape, these gorgeous accommodations are perfectly placed and sure to please. The home was even better than advertised. The out door space was relaxing and peaceful, as was the indoor living area. The beds were very very comfortable and the decor brought the same vibe. My only suggestion would be to put a dimmable floor lamp in the living room bc the overhead lighting is too bright in the evening. I would absolutely stay here again.

This place is an absolute gem. It must have been recently renovated because it's in pristine condition. The owners really take good care of the property and the attention to detail is exceptional. It reminds me of a 5 star resort, with its plush towels, bathroom amenities, complimentary snacks and waters. I was a little hesitant about leaving a glowing review because it will create more competition for me when I come back, but I have to be honest, and the truth is it's by far the nicest place we rented in Columbia in over 25 trips here.
