This hotel met all our criteria… clean quiet room. Bathroom was large with very nice towels and good shower. My only complaint was the bed was very squeaky. Both beds in the room squeak whenever you sat down or turned over. The breakfast was fine so only complaint was squeaky bed

This review would have been a 5 all the way through but the staff made it a 2. I checked in the hotel the male manager (Vilsar) was there. I asked if I could have an early check in since i had been driving over 8 hrs and was exhausted. He immediately said they had nothing available and said check in was at 3. I said ok, but I didn’t care if it was the exact room I booked and anything would be fine. He asked if I had a reservation and I said yes and gave him my info. He was looking to see if anything was clean and he had a sheet of paper with all the available rooms ( which I have) he was a bit abrupt asked for my liscense and credit card. As I was looking for it, I asked his name. He then said I need to stop acting entitled and early check in is not guaranteed. At that point I was just in so much disbelief he called me entitled as I was just standing there doing nothing. I asked how was I entitled, as I wasn’t yelling or fussing but just standing there. He said I wouldn’t give him my debit card or liscense and I asked for his name. I told him I was a reviewer and I leave reviews and wanted to acknowledge who helps. So it escalated to the point he said he would cancel my reservation and I could go somewhere else. Literally disbelief and exhausted I told him if that’s what he wanted to do then ok. I didn’t want to stay where I wasn’t welcomed. He then apologized if he came across harsh and was trying to help and gave me my room key.

Our room smelled like there was mold. The hotel is being remolded, so probably needs to be closed until that’s complete. One of the lights was out in the bathroom. Also, the iron leaked water. Overall, not the best experience.

I've stayed a few different Fairfields and they're all different.This one was probably in the lower half of those stays, but it was still a good one. I feel like we got a good value for the price paid. Check-in was easy, free breakfast in the morning that was actually decent. The area is quiet, parking is adequate and there are multiple food options nearby. Nothing to complain about the room itself, but again, it didn't pop as some of the other Fairfields room I stayed in.
