Staff was so friendly and helpful. Room was perfect.breakfast was the best we’ve had while traveling. This morning s why we try and choose Hampton when we can
At check-in, the clerk was unable to use the card I used to book the room for the security deposit. The room itself was spacious and clean, and we could barely hear the freeway. Nearby dining options within five minutes are limited, but there is a much better selection within a 10–15 minute drive. Breakfast was fine for a meal included with the stay.

Our a/c didnt work until half way through the night then it kicked on but never cooled down past 72. Then, in the morning when I was getting ready there were roaches crawling up the door. I have pictures.

Older Hampton. Does need some updating. Overall clean. Staff was nice at front desk. I left/lost my wedding ring in the room and didn’t realize it until later. It was not returned to me.
Staff was GREAT! Greggory was the Staff Member name.
The only thing I didn't like is the toilet wouldn't flush. I put one Kleenex in it and it wouldn't flush. Staff come right up to fix it but it happened again in the middle of the night.
I was impressed from the moment I arrived. I was very tired and it was nice that my room was very clean and I could just go right to bed in a comfy space. An amazing buffet breakfast was waiting for me with smiling faces and people ready to help or get me what I needed, but not in a fake way Just in a genuine way. Lynn was the front desk person who was there most of the time I stayed and she impressed me several times! My potty wouldn't flush and I went to use the one in the hallway and she was not having that! She offered to change my room, but first got in there and figured out what the problem was and it was a simple fix of a little chain being undone inside the tank. She said to please make sure everything was working in my room and to never not tell the front desk! The pool was amazing and clean with fresh towels. One night I came in late and went straight to my room, and a man was on duty, and he politely asked if I needed help because he did not know if I was staying there or not. I showed him my key and told him I was staying there. I told him I appreciated the safety precaution… I could have been a total stranger Just walking in to the hotel with no one even asking. But he did! I will absolutely stay here again! Excellent!!!!!
We were here because our daughter was in the hospital and we had to bring our small dog. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating for us. Look forward to coming back under happier circumstances.
Miss Michelle and the other staff were absolutely amazing! I booked a king room and ended up with a double queen due to renovations, but it worked out fine! Breakfast was amazing as well.
