The hotel was very nice and clean they also have a bar if that is your thing. We stayed here because it was convenient to Fort Jackson base and it was about 10 minutes if that.I would recommend this hotel the staff was very friendly and professional.

Top of the microwave furniture was full of dust. Would have been nice if there was free breakfast available. Other than that I enjoyed that there were restaurants within walking distance. Enjoyed having the opportunity to wash my clothes before being back on the road but it was a struggle to get a chance because there is just one dryer and one washer.

AC problems at home

Very nice although unplanned. This was my second stay in less than two months due to ac issues at my home. Everyone at the Holiday Inn is more than willing to assist. Room service is offered daily.

I stayed at Holiday Inn & Suites Columbia NE - Ft. Jackson Area by IHG for 3 days and 2 nights. Overall, I had a good experience. The room was very clean, and the staff provided excellent customer service throughout my stay. I also appreciated the decent laundry room, which was convenient. One thing I didn’t like was that the hotel did not offer any complimentary food with reservations you have to rely on the indoor restaurant instead. Despite that, I would recommend this hotel, as it’s pretty decent compared to other options in the area.

This hotel was ok for a holiday inn, the whole place stunk so bad people was smoking in the laundry room and right outside the door to go outside. We couldn’t escape the smell. And we had kids with us, very disappointing. But over it was a clean and up to date place. Hate they wanted you to pay for breakfast and it wasn’t complimentary.
