Given the price we paid for 1 night we did expect the room to be a bit nicer. The wallpaper in the bathroom was peeling and bubbled up. There was mildew in the bathroom along the grout lines in the shower. The tub felt like you were going to fall through the floor and we could hear everything that was going on in the hallway. We have stayed at many Holiday Inn Express and never had a room that needed as much attention as this one.

Our room was gross. Not well cleaned. Severe water damage very noticeable in the living area ceiling as well as in the bathroom. Bathroom walls peeling and cracking from water damage, looks like previously flooded. Mirror in bathroom had gross rusty streak down mirror. Best thing about this place was the kind staff and great location across the street from a mall, Dave n busters, restaurants, etc.

Asked for a quiet room and was put right above lobby hearing the entrance door open and slam shut every 5 or 10 minutes. Filthy bathroom. Questioning if sheets were actually clean when spots were on then once I turned them down. Asked to be moved and desk clerk said they were sold out and couldn't. I will never stay here again. Worse holiday inn Express ever. Wasted my money for sure.
