The NoMa Green House is a fully renovated 1940’s home in Columbia’s booming North Main district. This home comfortably sleeps 6 and has one king bedroom, two queen bedrooms, a full bath with tub/shower, fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer, spacious front porch and back yard, and plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable!
The space
This home is in the perfect location – close to all major interstates, minutes from downtown, within walking distance to SC’s largest brewery (opening soon), less than a five-minute drive to Prisma Health Richland, and a just a few miles from USC’s campus. The listing is for the entire house – 3 bedrooms (1 king bed, 2 queen beds) with memory foam mattresses, 1 full bathroom with tub/shower, full kitchen, dining room, comfortable living room, washer/dryer, backyard, spacious front porch, and it’s own driveway for hassle-free parking.

- And, for everyone's safety, there are two security cameras on the outside of the home. There is also a noise monitoring device that will detect decibel levels only inside the home. Any tinkering or manipulation of these devices will cause your trip to be canceled immediately and without a refund. There are no cameras inside the home.
- You will have complete access to the entire house including free on-site parking and a backyard. Only you and your registered guests will have access to the space during your stay.

The property was a nice place to stay while we moved our son into USC. It is about a 10 minute drive from campus, a little farther than we imagined, but an easy drive. No restaurants within walking distance. The house was clean and adorable. Plenty of space for our family of 5.

This property was very easy accessible and roomy. We had 5 adults and a 10 year old, and we wasn’t stepping on each others toes or crowded. We all was very pleased with the comfortable feeling it provided for our stay.

Nice old house with character

There was no lock on the bathroom and the vent fan is a little loud. No hangers in the closet and they were out laundry detergent. The shower curtain also needs one of those curved ones that gives you a little more room, it's tight because the rod it hangs on has to be in because there is a window right there. If you do stay here, you can use the wicker basket kind of like a lock and the shower curtain can be raised up and moved out some and still hand inside the tub. They ask you to strip the beds and get all garbage into the can next to the house, but the can was overflowing. Having said all that, it was still a nice house in a fairly quiet location. Beds were memory foam and comfortable, washer and dryer worked fine, and it had plenty of dishes and kitchen stuff. The king mattress has some stains on it, I kind of wish they didn't have me strip it just so I didn't see that. I think the price reflects all of that.

Lovely house

The house was comfy and beautiful. I was impressed with the kitchen supplies, they were useful and newer (not like scratched up, barely useful pots/pans at other rentals). The best part were the beautiful real house plants. The beds were very comfortable.

What a Great place!

After looking at the listing, I was really looking forward to the stay, but the house impressed me even more when I arrived. Quaint, yet beautifully furnished and the house was well maintained. It has 3 bedrooms, so there's a lot of room and the bed was very comfortable. Honestly, as comfortable as my bed at home so I slept well the entire stay. The house was clean, kitchen well furnished and the decor was tasteful. It has a front porch with a swing to enjoy warm weather evenings. The yard was well kept and the neighborhood is older but quite. I had a small issue with the lock but Andrew was very responsive and took care of it immediate. He was also very accommodating when I had a small request. It was a safe area with a police station right around the corner as well. Convenient to downtown or the mall, so getting around was easy. Over all, I really enjoyed the stay and can highly recommend The NoMa Green House! Thanks for making my weekend very enjoyable. Don

Cute old house. Comfortable stay

The property is a bit on the outskirts of Columbia but everything seemed to be working 15 minutes. We came for my son’s graduation from basic training at Fort Jackson. It took 15-20 mins to get on base from the house. House was cozy and comfortable. It did not have basic staples, like dish soap, cooking oil, salt/pepper, etc so plan accordingly. Host allowed for a later check-out, which was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
