The property is less than 10 minutes drive from University of Missouri. Newly installed hvac system has built in automatic humidifier and UV light that filters air inside the house and normally usef in optical clinic. Full Spectrum, near zero emf dry sauna is available for use with extra fee if desired.
Family reunion and celebrations are encourage except for wild parties. The living room has 85” QLED with Samsung tv plus channels, Netflix, Hulu, Disney+, and ESPN +. The kitchen is well equipped to cook your own food. Air fryer, bread toaster, pressure cooker, blender, & waffle maker are readily available. What you see in the picture is what you’ll get. This place is in a quiet neighborhood and the street is a cul de sac.
Baby crib and high/booster chair is available. Stair gate is also available for toddler’s safety.
Washer and dryer are available if you book for at least 3 nights.

The backyard is kid-friendly with playground, trampoline, and hammock.

We are 3 minutes drive from Oakland Park and 2 miles away from Bear Creek Trail. It is located 9 minutes drive from I-70 intersection and 10 minutes away from University of Missouri. The location is 3 minutes away from highway 63. Taco Bell, McDonald's, Sonic, Moser’s, and Gerbes Grocery are 5 minutes.

You’ll have access to the deck as shown in the pictures. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with bathtubs, kitchen and the living room are privately yours. Use of laundry room is only available, if you will book for 3 nights or more and is available upon request. The property is not accessible to person with physical disabilities especially when he is using wheelchair or crutches.

House was not cleaned, only beds made, prior to our arrival. I messaged the host that I was not happy with the presentation of the home about an hour after checkin and he stated that I was getting a lot for what I paid for. Even with 4 children, my house is not is the state that we found this home in - grease stains all over the walls, light fixtures, floor boards, brown pillows without protectant pillow covers, hair and dirt all over the inside of the fridge, etc. Host was very rude and kept harassing me via text/email after I left with my family 2.5 hours after checkin. He claimed we destroyed his house while we provided a video to VRBO showing the state of the entire home, virtually untouched and better than we left it because I did perform some light cleaning, before we walked out and left for another simply delightful home where we spent the rest of Thanksgiving. He flooded my text/email with messages claiming I was a scammer, obviously because since I have a 573 area code that means I lied about coming from out of state and I’m actually a local who schemes about who to scam. As far as I know, people move right and keep their original phone numbers? I mean, that’s what I did…and so does absolutely everyone else. VRBO stated they could not refund my money because the host simply decided he didn’t want to. I wish I could post the videos and pictures that I have to show you all. Shame on you VRBO for allowing this to happen and lowering the standards of simple hospitality.

Family friendly

Perfect house!

This was the best house for our visit for my daughter's vet school interview. Victor responded quickly when I messaged him. The muffins, drinks, and bananas was such a nice touch. Great VRBO

This is the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. It is Well appointed with everything you need. It is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed in while visiting Columbia. This is our third trip. The home is farther out from the University and Stephens, but you pick up more space and amenities. Note: There are stairs into the home if that is a problem DP

Smart Home review

0ur 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 4 night stay was very enjoyable. Our host left a gift of mammoth muffins, bananas, and fresh eggs. We enjoyed the experience of using Alexa to turn on /off lights , the 85 inch smart TV & music selections. Great place to stay.

Good weekend trip

Nice place & has everything you need. We went for a Mizzou FB game. Only reason I checked as 4 star on location/property was it isn’t super close to the stadium (it’s on the Northeast side of town). The house itself is in a quiet cul de sac.Otherwise the house is nice & clean & Oscar (owner) is very easy to communicate with.
