Room was spacious, clean and nice toiletries provided. Front desk staff and breakfast staff were attentive, helpful and kind. Pool, hot tub and workout room was nice. Having towels in these areas would be nice instead of having to get at front desk. Nice Keurig Coffee had nice choices and was decent. Free breakfast carb heavy so didn’t try. Would return ~ nice overall.

I was not happy with the room. It was room 235. It wasn't sweept in one area were we saw old food etc.chips and dust near the floor of the tv console. And one top bedspread needed to be changed. It had some debris on it. But the worse was that the room was above the below swimming pool and we could hear the generator all through the night. Hard to sleep through the humming sound.

Outdated and sticky floors , elevator was in a vestibule. Opening heavy metal doors to get to the room hallway was a pain with a luggage cart and a handicapped family member. Crowded. Musty room. Modern inside ok for one night but overall disappointed in this best Western. Earlier in the week we stayed at a BW Premier. It was fantastic and I signed up to get two 50$ gift cards towards another stay. After the second night the desk attendant says I would be emailed with the two gift cards totalling 100$. I never got them. That was highly frustrating bc I only booked the second night at a BW for that reason and the place was not great as I just said. Won't stay at BW unless it's one of their premier sites

Needs updating

Our stay went well but it could definitely benefit from updating. The fan in the bathroom seemed to not work and there was a weird smell the whole time. The mattresses were not very comfortable and there needs to be more lighting in the room. However, service was amazing. They were all very helpful and the person running the breakfast area was on top of it the whole time.

Our stay was wonderful! The front desk was accommodating. The breakfast was great each day, the room and bathroom were very clean! The pool and hot tub were both open and clean. Great experience!

Wonderful stay with large family

We enjoyed staying here, it was simple to book two rooms that were adjoined to accommodate our family. The pool was a fun extra and breakfast was delicious with plenty of options.

Both my husband and I noticed long dark hair in the shower the second morning we were there. We both have very short hair. We hadn’t noticed it the first morning. When we turned the tv on Netflix it was set up with kids’ names which seemed odd.
