The room was dirty, specifically the pull out sleeper bed. There was trash underneath it and the mattress was FILTHY. It took us almost an hour to unload our car to our room because the elevators were slow & they didn’t accommodate the number of people. There were also no luggage carts. There were a TON of people there and it was very noisy, so crowded you were shoulder to shoulder. The website says the pool is open until 10pm, Expedia said 11pm which is a big reason we picked this hotel for my kids & staff said it closed at 9 upon check in so we did not get to go. For what we paid, we could have had a way better experience somewhere else. Very disappointing for my family.

Customer service was nice. Welcomed with a smile and offered water at check in and out for our travels. The breakfast was fresh. The rooms were nice and clean. The outlets for chargers were a bit too loose to hold chargers for our phones. I noticed on my bill that there was a 5.00 parking fee for each night we stayed. That I did not know about or like.
