Our worst stay ever!

We got there at 9:00p.m. The room was not ready until 1:00 am. When we left there were no carts available to load. They told us to go to our room and wait. We did for an hour and still no cart so we made three trips carrying our stuff to the car. We had planned to leave at 8 but did not get out until 10. Terrible service. Great place otherwise.

Worst Hotel Experience I’ve Ever Had!

I arrived at 2:30, check in was supposed to be 3pm. There was a line of guests and the receptionist said to all of us, “there are no clean rooms. No one can check in for 45 mins.” Fine, we were a little early anyways and it was only supposed to be 15 mins past check in time. So we go eat, come back… 4:30pm and we were still unable to check in. This time there was no one at the front desk and a lobby full of guests, someone went to the attached restaurant looking for someone who works there to help, the chef came out and told us all “I can’t find anyone, but no one can check in.” We were there for a game that started at 6pm and we were unable to even put our luggage in our rooms. We went to the game, came back after and still were unable to check in. We finally got into a room at 3am after having to stay out all night just to give them enough time to have a room ready and even then they put us in a room that was not what we booked. The walls are paper thin. We could not sleep all night because we could hear literally everything from the other rooms and in the hallways. Then the room alarm clock start going off at 5am, we did not set it. We noticed all the rooms around us also had alarms going off, it was so ridiculous. I will NEVER stay there again. It was also dirty, towels, walls, floors. Awful experience.

We booked this hotel locally to take our son swimming for his birthday. When I checked in, they did not notify me that the pool was closed. When I asked about it, the man at the front desk gave me contradicting information, saying it’ll be open soon, but it hadn’t been open all week so not to hold my breath. When my husband went, they told him it would be open in the hour. By the time my husband left, pool was open and at capacity. By the time we got back with our son ate dinner and went to the pool, it was closed again. The “manager” treating the pool was not very polite regarding this situation. We had also asked for assistance to the room several times without anyone ever coming. When checking in, there was ripped up toilet paper on the floor, pink mildew and old hairs left in the bathrooms, and the beds were not made neatly. Overall this was an entire waste of our time and money and we won’t be staying here again.

High Crime, A Lot Of Break Ins

If I could have given a “no star” rating I would have. The trip started out by not having the room I booked for, 2 queens, as the said they double booked. Not sure what that meant. The. They only had 1 elevator working, the pool was closed, and the staff not very accommodating. This area has turned into a high crime location. While we stayed there 10 cars got broken into and one stolen. A police trailer with cameras on an elevated pole did not detour these dirtbags. Said to see this area have such a crime issue. I spoke with other members of our group that stayed close by as well and they had the same car break in issues. DONT STAY HERE

The location was good. But the condition of my room was very bad upon arrival. I had a late check in due to my flight so I expected my room to be in excellent condition. I walked into my room and there was food from a previous reservation in the fridge and trash on the floor. My bathroom was not cleaned. There was hair in the shower. I requested to change rooms once I realized the tv wasn’t working (the next day) but that was not granted to me. Someone came and took the trash out after asking when I was not in the room but did not clean my room or change my sheets as requested. I was very excited to stay at this hotel but my experience will not have me return.
