I booked this hotel expecting a quiet, relaxing stay for myself after my daughters couldn’t make it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. When I arrived, there was a couple arguing loudly with the front desk, which set an uncomfortable tone. I was assigned Room 137 — directly beside the pool — even after mentioning that I wanted a quiet room. The area was noisy with kids yelling, splashing, and throwing footballs over people’s heads, so it was impossible to relax, even in the hot tub. The remote control in my room didn’t work, and while the front desk clerk tried to help, she seemed uninterested and unprofessional. That night, I barely slept. My smartwatch showed only about three hours of light sleep, and I woke up itchy all over. The next day, I realized I had what appeared to be bed bug bites and later had to see a doctor for confirmation. To make things worse, a guest got burned during breakfast, and when I told the front desk, the clerk didn’t even check on the woman — she just pointed toward the kitchen staff. Then, even though checkout wasn’t until noon and I had a “Do Not Disturb” sign up, housekeeping knocked on my door before 12:00 p.m. Overall, this stay was stressful and unsanitary. I reached out to management with photos and a doctor’s note, but still haven’t heard back. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone until they address these serious cleanliness and customer service issues.

Staff was friendly… Elevator needs work door doesn’t shut properly and you have to wait 5-10 mins for it to open again. Only one elevator in hotel as well. Water damage on 3rd floor 5 tiles missing and floor carpet was wet and stunk. A/C in room and water pressure where excellent. Pool and Hot Tub area was excellent as well! Breakfast was typical continental style with lots of carb options and no fruit.

Easy check in, but when we got in the room noticed stains on the carpet, desk chair and some on the sheets. I made sure to take pics and went to front desk to make them aware that i did not do the damages. They apologized and werent able to change my room due to the hotel being fully booked for the weekend but she assured me that housekeeping was still there and she would send them up right away. They were to my room within 10-15 minutes to change both bed linens and apologized for the inconvenience because the were short staffed. I completely understood and was even grateful the came to fast to take care of the linens. The continental breakfast was ok not alot of options...cheese omelets sausage pancakes cinnamon rolls and choices of juices and tea...the coffee machine was not working until someone came to fix it..they ran out of food so people were just standing around waiting. The breakfast staff were moving as fast as the could but just seems like the should be more prepared for a weekend crowd and not alot of seating space. Overall the 1 night stay was decent for the price and location.
