Staff was very nice when we needed our room switched due to the original smelling of cigarette smoke. The sheets and blankets on bed are very very thin. Blackout curtains worked great.

Almost everything stood out in this stay , first 3 minutes drive to Easton mall , very quiet area , nice hotel very clean looking almost everywhere is updated, nice and friendly staff, clean and big rooms supplied with all the amenities that you might need , plus in the morning good complimentary breakfast so overall that will be our place to stay every time we go to Columbus
