The room wasn’t clean , there was food still on the countertop and behind the stove top. The bathroom was not clean either, no soap nor a trash can in the room. The first night all you could hear was people stomping above the room, the next night same thing but in the room next to me. Then at 2:45 am the fire alarm went off and kept going off until 6:00 am. Another resident informed me this happens all the time there. I left a day early and at 8 am and requested a refund for the last night as I was not staying and now they are stating since I hadn’t checked out they could charge me a fee as well as I didn’t get a response on my complaint. The office was closed Sundays which is the day I left , was not able to check out as there was no one there to take the keys so I left them in the room. I won’t ever stay here again.

Please avoid this hotel. First, its the closest you'll get to staying in a....den of ill refute. There was no soap or towels in my room and the floors were in desperate need of sweeping. Next, they charged a fee at check in and told me it was the refundable incidental fee. Well, that was 3 months ago and I'm still fighting to get that money back because they are lying to my bank and saying it was a nonrefundable fee I agreed to. Even though I paid for the room in full through Orbitz, they are now trying to say it was the room fee. They keep changing their stories in order to keep stolen money. Luckily, I didn't experience this, but several guests had their vehicles broken into. One guest told me his car had been broken into 3 times in the span of a month. So please, do not stay here. Save yourself the hassle and maybe pick a nice cardboard box on the side of the road instead.

My room had crumbling and discolored bathroom walls, and it did not have soap! My friend's room had soap but no towels! And there were exposed loose wiring on the HVAC unit! Maintenance and housekeeping was definitely lacking. Furthermore, upon arriving, rather than having a registration desk to collect the key, I had to wait for staff to open the closed registration window! Very disappointed of this facility being part of the Red Roof Inn, which usually is better.

There were no drinking cups (plastic or glass) in the room for purposes of brushing teeth or drinking water and no towels!!! … only a washcloth size piece of cloth in the kitchen … result: no morning shower and shave. One stay at a Red Roof hotel will be enough for the rest of my life! Martin Kamber

Room ok did not use kitchen but there isn’t anything there to use like silverware and basic things for a kitchen so you need to bring them. I didn’t like the intimidating people outside room and in parking lot. I don’t like being shouted at for no reason. We left early too.

I love this place. if you want to cook, you will need to have everything required except the stove. there is a family dollar just across dublin granville rd to get utensils though. good prices on disposable or permanent stuff. decent grocery selection. the sheetz is great too. good food (snacks or meals) beer, smokes, coffee, etc. there is actually a ton of stuff in walking distance--subway, a couple chinese restaurants, vape shop, convenient store, mexican food, waffle house, mcdonalds, a bar i think... it is located at the last highway (i71) exit before the beltway (i270) that circles the city. so you will be on the very north end of town, but able to jump quickly onto the interstate.

The lady at the desk was ok when I checked in, helpful, after that the place said no smoking, I walk in and smells like marijuana, procede to the elevator that looks like it might crash at anytime, get in the room very dingy, not like the pics wish I would've read views first, then were there for like 10 minutes don't really check out place but not even a remote for the t.v., and 1 small pillow per bed, so we go to leave for the buckeyes game we stop at the desk, and ask for a remote, and a couple more pillows, the desk helps with that. So we head out to the game come back and realize, there's not even towels for the shower, not to mention when we got back it looked like a pimp, and his girlfriend or whatever wearing very little by the front door, got back to the room the a/c sounded like it was ready to take off, so whatever it's one night, wake up on Sunday and nobody to even talk to, front desk was closed, never seen anything like this, this place should be shutdown for good, beds were ridiculous also, not comfortable shouldve just left, and when you call the desk nobody to help you, it said desk is closed on sunday
