Comfortable room, well located with a great restaurant in the parking lot for a late dinner. The staff were the real stars here -- there was a faulty smoke detector in my room that kept chirping despite having a battery change when I first arrived and the overnight desk manager came right up at 5 a.m. to fix it for me! Wonderful people, so incredibly friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

My husband tried to take a shower and there was no hot water. He asked for a manager and they said since we booked through Expedia, it wasn’t their problem. The fridge was not plugged in, lights flickered the whole time, no hand soap to wash your hands. Ice machine down. Staff made it seem like we were the problem.

The room door would not stay close unless locked from the inside, the wind would literally blow it open, shower did not work at all, no water from shower haead or faucet, just from the sink, and had the nerve not to refund my deposit! Now I have to call them and to do that! Which I'm sure they will turn into a ridiculous process!

The bathroom has a tiny sink area with no room for bathroom, necessities nor cosmetics, etc. When I went to take a shower, it took seven minutes for the shower water to turn from freezing cold to lukewarm. In addition, the shower surface was flaking off and debris was going down into the drain.

Room was not very clean. Questionable stains the walls. Especially in the bathroom. Floor was dirty behind bathroom door and there was hair on the toilet tank. Hair in the refrigerator. Dogshit on the ground outside in the parking lot and stairwell. Comforters and blanket were dirty had to ask for clean stuff

The stench in the room burned my eyes I could not stay here I had to find a different place to stay. There was also no staff it took so long for someone to show up to even check us in in the first place and they were unhelpful when we said the room was unsuitable
