Think long and hard before booking a room at this motel. The carpet and some of the furniture were beyond gross! I took pics but Expedia does not allow you to post pics with a review. You have never seen motel carpeting this filthy in your life -- ever! Once you walk into a motel room and see this level of filth - the ONLY thing you can think of is: "Will I see roaches, bed bugs or mice (or all 3) later tonight!?! That kind of ruins a stay! Just a little!  Fortunately, I did not see any- but I was totally creeped out my entire stay worrying I might! Other reviewers (see reviews) did see BOTH so I dodged a bullet - but you might not!!! Spend $25 more bucks a night somewhere else and get something better. I wish I had! You definitely don't want to take bed bugs back home with you and have to get rid of your bed and furniture! They are nearly impossible to get rid of. PS: Reviews of "exceptional" have to be fake! I don't believe they are real for a second.

Room could have used a new carpet and some updating, but it was very clean. Breakfast could have used some protein (eggs, bacon, sausage) but it did have a waffle iron, fresh fruit, cereal, and yogurt. The staff was super helpful. The manager took time to chat with guests in the breakfast room and on check-in. She had taken time to decorate for Christmas. I told the front desk that I was a light sleeper and to please not place me by a family with kids, and he took time to review who was staying in what rooms before giving me a nice, quite room where I got a good night's sleep. Really great staff.

This hotel should not be allowed to carry the Quality Inn name. Nothing about this hotel speaks quality. The room was very tired. Walls needed painting, towels were rags, table, chair, coat rack, bathroom door, towel rack and toilet paper holder were all in need of repair. Matress was sagging. Breakfast was nothing special. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
