The front desk staff was very helpful. Overall, the hotel is very nice and centrally located to a lot of dining and shopping options. It is also an easy drive to OSU. The room could have been a bit cleaner and we stepped on, what appeared to be, some dried up/old food on the carpet.

Front desk checked me into an already occupied room. I walked into someone else’s room, with key provided by front desk. Hallway and front of hotel smelled of weed. Two rooms near mine had parties and were extremely loud, this lasted until 1am.

I had a wonderful stay. I was happy that they had both a giant pillow and one that patted down. Those giant pillows are killer for your neck so it’s nice to have options. The room was clean. I like that they use the bigger bottles of shampoo etc for eco friendliness. Towels were nice and clean.

A fire at night...

The hotel was satisfactory. A pleasant fire was provided nightly on the patio. The lobby and bar fostered a convivial atmosphere, facilitating guest interaction and recreational activities. The pool's unavailability was disappointing, particularly given the presence of four adolescents anticipating aquatic recreation. The fitness center was adequately equipped with two treadmills, an elliptical machine, a stationary bicycle, and dumbbells up to 50 lbs. The facility was impeccably clean. Our two-bedroom suite, including a sofa and rollaway bed, was well-maintained. However, the air conditioning system proved inadequate, failing to achieve the desired temperature even at the lowest setting. Our family prioritizes effective climate control; therefore, suboptimal functionality negatively impacted our stay. We acknowledge this is a matter of personal preference. Breakfast was simple yet palatable. The check-out process was efficient and seamless. The absence of pests, unpleasant odors, or unsanitary conditions was appreciated.

I love the convenience of this hotel when visiting OSU Wexner Medical Center. The shuttle service is a huge plus! My room is always clean and comfortable and the staff is attentive to any needs you may have. Even though I rarely use most amenities the shuttle and and provided breakfast are great. Recommened for sure!
