Horrible. Just Horrible.

STAY AWAY. This place is horrible. The photos online make you believe this is a decent hotel for the price. The "renovations" are cheaply done. There were still holes in drywall and musty smell throughout the building. My wife and I checked in and went up to room 315. First, the room smelled like literal dog piss. Seeing as this is a pet friendly hotel, it was shocking how overwhelming it was. Second, we rented a queen bed....these beds are a full. Third, the overall cleanliness of this property is HORRIBLE. My wife and I turned around and walked out. We booked this reservation through hotels.com. Hotels.com called the property and attempted to get a refund and the manager told us to pound sand. Super disappointed. Hotels.com is launching an investigation on this property for false advertising/marketing. Hotels.com did give a $25 voucher to help alleviate the financial burden. Screw this place, go stay at the COUNTRY INN & SUITES ACROSS THE STREET for $20 more a night!!!

Only problem I had I was in room one oh one and the door kept slamming all night. Nobody went out because the lock on the door was broke the side door to where you entering our room next to the door.

I did not pay much for this hotel stay, so I wasn't expecting a whole lot either. The room was sufficiently clean, not spotless. The hotel receptionist was sufficient, not very friendly. The bathroom supplies were sufficient, not luxurious. The free breakfast would keep you from starving, but not nutritious or tasty (2 kinds of cereal or bagel or toast). Basically, I only slept here and kept my things here and it was sufficient for those purposes.

Disappointed but only for a night

Well, had a late night arrival time. Night clerk was ok. Not particularly friendly but not rude. Computer showed no rooms in inventory. Overheard when she called someone for help. No type of explanation for delay. Check in took a lot longer than should have with prepaid. Property needs update and maintenance. Side door room card reader had sign about battery is dead so only good to exit. Not convenient when only parking left was on side of building. Room was very clean. Towels and sheets have seen better days but clean. Very neat and well presented for what was there. No lamp by bed. Bed was hard and not comfortable at all. I like extra firm but this was hard! Breakfast was something to just walk by and don't even look at. Good only to stay for a night. Not isolated to this hotel in the area, quality of all have dropped in last few years. And I used to really like super 8.
