This apartment is located within a beautiful, gated apartment community in the heart of the Polaris area.

It's quiet and peaceful in our experience, and features the perfect blend of green space and nature + walkability. You can easily walk to trails, an organic grocery store, Clean Juice, Buffalo Wild Wings, 101 Beer Kitchen, Orange Theory, and much more.

You're also only a couple of miles away from Polaris Fashion Place (9-minute drive), and even closer (less than 1 mile) from IKEA, Top Golf, and 50+ more restaurants.

And, of course, the freeway (I-71) is just 5 minutes drive away for an easy commute to anywhere in Columbus.

As our guest, you'll have access to all the complimentary amenities at the clubhouse...including the fully-equipped fitness center, business center, and outdoor saltwater pool.

You'll have the apartment all to yourself! The only part we reserve for ourselves is the small locked supply closet where we keep supplies for our cleaning team to use for cleanings between guests. When you first arrive, you'll have a keypad code you can use to enter (we change the code for every guest). Inside, you'll find physical keys on the kitchen counter which you can also use during your stay.

Step out from your private entrance and you'll be greeted by the peace & quiet of our gated community - tucked just off of Polaris Parkway in one of Columbus' hottest areas for shopping, dining, and more.

Not planning to bring a car? Uber and Lyft can take you to nearly every attraction in the Polaris area for just $4-5, or to downtown / Short North / OSU / Easton / Airport for a little more.

This home is located in a 100% smoke-free community, so please note that no smoking (of any kind) is allowed anywhere…including our balcony, breezeways, parking lots, etc.

Please note that this apartment is located on the 3rd/top floor. If peace and quiet are important to you, you'll love this feature (since there are no apartments above). But there's no elevator, so please only book this home if you are physically able to climb a few steps.

Note: ID verification will be required before your arrival. After you book, we'll send you a link, and you simply upload a photo of your ID and take a selfie. FAQ:

Q: What if I don't know how long I'll need to stay? Do I have to commit to the whole stay upfront in order to make sure nobody else books nights I might need?

A: No worries! Unlike most furnished rentals, we specialize in flexible stays. Just book your first 30 nights for starters, then send us a message. We'll block our calendar as far out as you want so that you can just extend as you go if needed. All we ask is that you give us 2 weeks' notice when you're ready to move out.

Q: What if my plans change after booking and I end up needing to shorten my stay/change my dates?

A: No problem. Just let us know what you need! Once you move in, 30 nights is the minimum stay. Otherwise, you can shorten your stay any time with just 2 weeks' notice. We'll even provide a partial refund for any unused nights you may have already paid for beyond the 2-week mark.

Q: I found another furnished rental that is cheaper. Why should I spend more to book with you?

A: As with most things in life, you get what you pay for. We go above and beyond to impress our guests - from our obsessive cleaning practices to the quality of our bedding to the speed of our responses when you have a question. We strive keep our rates reasonable, but ultimately, it costs money to provide quality. We believe that comfort and peace of mind are important enough to splurge on a little bit, and we hope you'll agree. :)

Q: Do the photos on this listing just show a model/example apartment, or do they show the exact apartment that where I'll be staying?

A: All of our photos show the exact apartment you'll be renting, exactly the way it will look when you arrive...even down to little details like the placement of the complimentary Fiji waters on the beds.
