Location Location Location

This hotel is in an excellent location! Shops, food, the lake, the funicular - all just steps away; that's why I chose it. And don't miss out on any of it; there was a DJ dance party at the top of the funiculare, and I happened across a lindy hop at a nearby piazza walking back from the funiculare. Such vibrancy! And our room was so comfortable. I could even hear Tosca being performed live from our veranda one evening! Plus, what everyone says about breakfast is true - delicious! Fresh squeezed orange juice, pastries, and more. I loved it. And I also recommend heading to Villa del Balbianello & Bellagio. Take me back to Como!!!!

A beautiful and very well appointed small hotel in the very heart of Como. Unfailingly friendly and efficient staff. Excellent breakfast including wonderful avocado toast. Real coffee in the room and lovely bathroom.

Fantastic stay

The experience was fantastic, more than we expected. The staff was kind and ready to help you. The room was very cosy, warm and a lot of stuff like flip flops and bathrobes, even a makeup remover and many other things. So surprising! The breakfast was not so diverse but it was everything you needed! Hope to travel again to Como, and definitely will book again this hotel!

This was a wonderful boutique hotel. Fresh squeezed orange and barista made coffee every day. Staff were so nice and accommodating. I love this area of Italy...hotel is new and everything was super clean and they provided robes and alippers
