Casa Sandra, Newly renovated traditional Andalucian townhouse

Traditional 2 bedroom Spanish townhouse with roof garden in the beautiful town of Competa.

In May of 2025 we completed our renovation of Casa Sandra including new flooring throughout, a new kitchen, new juliette balcony in the kitchen, new bathroom and universal plug sockets in the bedrooms and kitchen to save you having to bring adaptors.

Casa Sandra is a perfect base to explore the beautiful white villages or costal towns and beaches.

Just a few minutes stroll from the town square the townhouse has main door access and is set over 3 floors with private roof garden.

On the ground floor you have a Living area with log burner, TV and WC.

Moving up the stairs onto the first floor you have a large dining kitchen, fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee machine, washing machine air conditioning, TV etc.

The second floor houses two air conditioned double bedrooms, a WC with shower.

The private roof garden is accessed from the 2nd floor, for your comfort it has a sun shelter that covers approximately half of the garden. Under the shelter you will find a table and chairs for alfresco dining which you can cook on the gas BBQ. The roof garden is a sun trap and gets sun all day so it is an ideal spot if you like to soak up the rays. If reading a book in the shade is more your thing the large sun shelter is the place for you.

Other things to note

Competa is a traditional white Spanish village built on the side of the mountain, there are a lot of hills in the village. The house is a traditional town house with lots of stairs, so it could be unsuitable for people with restricted mobility. Please feel free to send me a message if you are unsure if it will be suitable for you and I can try to advise.
