Belle situation pour découvrir le sud de la Corse.
Apparemment très calme (pas de voisins au-dessus à cette période). Très agréable terrasse, spacieuse et aménagée. Vue apaisante. Les pièces à vivre sont agréables et bien aménagées, beaucoup de rangements.
L’appartement est globalement très bien équipé.
Les moins ; la salle de bain minuscule, on se cogne tout le temps et l’odeur de renfermé dans les placards.
Suggestion : mettre à disposition des locataires un parasol et un étendoir à linge pliable (celui dispo est fixé à l’extérieur pas pratique quand il pleut et lorsque le voisin débroussaille la lessive est à refaire).
