Idéalement placé pour ne pas avoir à prendre sytématiquement la voiture, avec une très belle vue.Concarneau est une ville sympathique et offre de nombreuses possibilités pour marcher en bord de mer.

Je n'ai pas de remarques concernant la vue et la localisation de cette location. Par contre au niveau service ce n'est pas à la hauteur des attentes. L'équipement est minimaliste et peu fonctionnel, des meubles qui servent à rien, des fauteuils modèle enfant inconfortables, une cuisine mal équipée, etc....bref ce n'est pas une location que je conseillerais pour passer un bon séjour.

Emplacement au top

Concarneau tout à pied Résidence très calme Vue magnifique sur la mer et la corniche, on a apprécié. Par contre prévoir des pulls en intérieur, les grandes baies vitrées ne permettent pas une chaleur agréable au sein du studio .

Quel plaisir que de prendre son petit déjeuner face à la mer. L’appartement est agréable et fonctionnel, il est idéalement placé dans la ville. La place de parking réservée en sous-sol est très appréciable. Seul petit bémol, quasi pas de réseau même en wifi. Merci aux personnes de l’agence pour leur accueil et leur écoute.

Cadre agréable proximité de la plage et du centre ville

Difficulté pour se garer en ville heureusement que la location à un parking souterrain sécurisé ainsi que l'accès à l'appartement. Heureusement que mes voisins était assez calme et respectueux car problème d'insonorisation, quand le voisin du dessous tousse on à l'impression qu'il est derrière nous. Problème de wifi dû à l'opérateur Bouygues. Autrement très bon séjour.je le recommande .
