The hotel was awesome, staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was great. The only issue I have was that I called the front desk well in advance and was told that I'd be able to check in early, only to be denied once I arrived at 12. Another staff member informed me that "They don't know why I'd be granted early check-in" - as a Hilton Honors member, I was extremely disappointed. Please work on communication between staff

We splurged on this hotel for the pool. Pool temp chilly. We called the night before arrival and before booking to ensure it was heated. The heater was already broken. Was told by two front desk staff that the manager would contact us but hey did not.
