Great Ski Vacation

We had a great stay and enjoyed all the near by activities, skiing, shopping and going out to dinner. Besides a great location the house is beautiful with lots of activities to keep everyone busy. Ron and Sue are always available and it was important to them that we had a good stay.

Wonderful Home in Great Location

We loved staying at this home and it worked well for our family. My mother in law got the master which is located across the house from the other 2 bedrooms. Giving her a nice retreat away from all 3 kids. We also loved the basement area with the foosball table, basketball game and Wii. The house was stocked with anything you could think of (including much needed coffee and tea) which was extremely helpful when traveling with kids. We appreciated the cleanliness of the home as well. Only minor thing was the pillows in the little nook area were dirty and had a lot of dog hair on it. So those pillows shoild definitely be washed - especially if the previous renters had a dog. The checkout process was easy and simple which we appreciated as well. The communication with the owners was great and they responded quickly and were very accomidating. Overall amazing stay at this beautiful home. We would definitely stay here again if we visit the Conway area in the future.

Amazing Family Trip!

We had such a wonderful stay this past weekend (Nov 2024). This is our second time at this house and it was even better than the last! The location is perfect, the home accommodates our family perfectly - the kids love the basketball game in the finished basement. Absolutely perfect, and we’ll be back again next year!

Another Wonderful Stay!

This is our 2nd year in a row staying in this house. It’s more than just a “house”, it’s a “home”. It’s CLEAN, comfortable, welcoming, and cozy yet spacious. The “kids” (young adults) had the basement to themselves, while the older adults slept on the main floor. The kitchen is fully stocked with all essentials for meal prep, while also having “extras” like foil and storage bags for leftovers. The 2 favorite places to read and relax were The Nook and outside on the veranda. In addition, we all enjoyed sitting around the fire pit under the stars. Sue & Ron are fabulous hosts! They respond to all questions and concerns in a timely manner. They even graciously assisted in locating items left behind by one of our group. There is so much to do in the area. While we did revisit some favorites from last year, we also explored some new places. Each trip has had its own adventures and unique memories. I truly love it here! I would return every year if I could.

Fun in North Conway

Plenty for us to do with the kids. Story Land, Diana Baths, train ride, playground and splash pad. Only negative was Echo Lake park fully reserved on Saturday and Sunday. House was comfortable, well equipped. Great games for young and old. BBQ everyday. Quiet neighborhood.

Family Vacation

This house is amazing!!! First, it’s full equipped and stocked, there’s everything you need and plus. Second, the backyard is perfect for a barbecue, hanging out, playing cards and making fire. Our home away from home!

This is our 3rd stay in this home - we love it so much! This time we came with a different set of friends and they absolutely agreed that this house is such a great find! Above all, it’s the comfortable beds for sure. Even the kids were looking forward to going to bed each night! The décor is so inviting and cozy, the kitchen is well stocked with everything you could possibly need, and the dining room table is great for game nights. We love the mud room for all our ski equipment, and the kids loved the basketball, foosball, and games downstairs! The neighborhood is safe and quiet, and the house is just a 15 minute drive to Cranmore which is a great, family-friendly mountain. We did eat out at Muddy Moose one night for dinner but we took advantage of the great kitchen and cooked most of our meals at the house, as we’ve done in prior visits. Can’t wait for our next visit!

This house was amazing for our group and our pups! Plenty of room for everyone with ample parking for all cars and close to everything we wanted to do. Relaxing Stay

We had a very relaxing and fun stay at this comfortable, clean and spacious house for the Christmas weekend. The 7 of us were able to prepare our meals in the roomy and well equipped kitchen, then enjoy eating at the huge dining room table. Several of us, all adults, even enjoyed bowling on the Wii in the den/bedroom in the basement. The owners even had a Christmas Tree set up in the living room which was an extra special surprise and much appreciated. Checking in and out went smoothly and all the “house rules” are listed in a handy binder. We were very satisfied with this rental and will definitely consider staying again.

Christmas Vacation

Amazing and beautiful home in a great location. Everything was perfect! We were all so excited to see a beautiful Christmas tree. It was great for the adults to sit and talk by the fire and tree. The downstairs was perfect for the kids! Everyone loved the house. Very clean! The hosts are great and give you a bunch of information about the area. Beautiful Conway Home!

My husband and I, adult daughter and dog Maya enjoyed our time at Sue an Ron's home! The place was spotless and we felt right at home the minute we walked in the door. Wonderful Vacation and exactly as described

This home is immaculate and exactly as described online. It is stuated in the heart of the valley but offers tremendous privacy in a beautiful private neighborhood setting. The house was stocked with everything you could possibly need and Sue and Rob were very responsive to any questions we had. I would recommend this home to anyone. Perfect location and the home is so clean and beautifully decorated. It served as a great homebase for our vacation and definitely want to rent it again sometime soon.

A great property with one issue

We loved our stay at Ron and Sue’s beautiful property. It couldn’t have been more perfect and elegant with one exception. The downstairs with 4 boys and one adult really need at least a half bath. Nine people had plenty of space except when we were all trying to get out in the morning or for nighttime’s bath and showers. Thanks Ron and Sue for a great family stay!

WONDERFUL!

The photos don’t do the house justice; it’s even bigger and nicer. First impressions: the house was welcoming, clean, homey, and cozy. We had a full house (9 people) for the first weekend, so that we could enjoy time with friends who were visiting from the mid-west. The remainder of the week was just a few of us. There was plenty of sleeping space for all, and the kitchen was well stocked to prepare our big spaghetti dinner. We enjoyed hanging out on the back porch deck, spending time in the nook, sitting by the fire pit, and exploring the area via bicycle. One friend enjoyed nature walks around the pond, photographing tiny frogs and mushrooms. Ron & Sue were super friendly in their emails and responded quickly to all inquiries. They provided a wonderful welcome packet that was full of detailed and helpful information. Two of their dining recommendations were Elvio’s Pizzeria and Muddy Moose. We thoroughly enjoyed both. We also found a couple of gems that we just had to visit more than once! Leavitt’s Country Bakery provided a rest stop on our bike rides, and a delicious sweet treat. Big Dave’s Bagels is a must for anyone who wants to get a “bagel with a schmere”. And don’t forget to try a kweenie! All in all, the house was comfortable and the location was perfect. There’s so much to do in the area, yet the house had the privacy and quiet we craved to relax & unwind. It was hard to leave the place we started to call “home”. We can’t wait to come back!!
