We were greeted with a smile on our arrival, and it was a good start to our lovely relaxing break. Staff were helpful and friendly. We chose to eat at the hotel on both evenings of our stay. Nice, clean property with plenty of parking. Staff were all great and there to help. unfortunately it felt short staffed as there were long waiting times for food and drinks, but staff worked their socks off to satisfy customers. Management should address this especially at busier times of the year.

15 mins from lots of things to do so really central. Lovely location. Friendly and helpful staff. Food a bit mediocre but prices in line with other restaurants where food was also pretty mediocre! Asked for room to be cleaned daily but it was never hoovered. Bedside tables hadn’t been moved to clean under for a long time and were pretty grim underneath. Decent comfy bed.
