It took too long to check in. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were comfortable. Easy to get off and on I40. The Waffle House would not have been my choice of places for dinner, but it was near and actually very good.

Old, run down hotel... The rooms was dirty and had a very bad smell. It was rundown and needs a remodel. Definitely not worth the price. Breakfast was okay, but nothing special.

Was the perfect area for our trip, going to the state parks to see the waterfalls. The only area thar seemed dirty in the hotel was the hall going to our room on the second floor. The rooms were clean.

We stayed here after a concert in Nashville. The room was great. Plenty of space for me and my kids. This would definitely be recommended. We lucked out. As soon as we pulled into the parking lot, the rain started. And it rained very hard. But we could barely hear it inside. Staff was great.

We arrived late to the hotel. We had a two queen room. One bed was not made and appeared used. No towels were in the room. Unsure if it had been cleaned. Not a good start to our stay.
