The suite reeked of old food smell. Turns out the property manager had lived in their for sometime. The shower was cold, and would only get barely lukewarm. There was hair in the sheets. There were only two towels in the room and a partial roll of toilet paper. When I asked for more towels the front desk said there were none, but they did give me an extra roll of toilet paper. The customer service at the front desk the next morning was super helpful and downgraded me from the suite to a regular room, which was better, but still not the cleanliness you'd expect from a whindham room, or for the price. I was also not refunded for the downgraded room price difference, or for the inconvenience. I won't be back and don't recommend it for anyone.

Our room appeared clean with the exception of the commode, there was a ring inside the toilet bowel that just needed brushed/cleaned! We did not try the breakfast as we had breakfast with family each morning. The heat in the room kept the room quit comfortable. All staff that we came in contact was courteous, friendly, and professional.

The hotel has road cnstruction in front of it and it is very difficult to find your way in when it is dark. The bathroom has a lot of caulk around appliances. The bacon at breakfast was not cooked completely and there was not sugar for coffee. A little attention to detail would be a good thing for management to do!
