I guess since it's a less expensive hotel, you have to align expectations. Pros: price, location, has a gym. Cons: too many loud and drunk people in the lobby, people leave trash in the hallways which smells awful, being beside the train tracks it can get loud at night, the fridge in the room was super noisy and woke me up every 10 min, the shower and the toilet are so close, you make a mess when you shower, the bed and pillos were uncomfortable, the room was too hot and you can't regulate the temperature.

The worse experience of my life. Barely two people fit in the room. One person has to climb over the other to get in and out of the bed. When you shower, the entire bathroom gets wet. There is no way to contact reception from the room. The mattress is two inches thick, pillows are tiny and uncomfortable.

It is called a "Smart hotel". Everything is automated. Modest customer service. Apparently cheaper than other hotels, hence customers have to put up with minor inconveniences.

staff was rude and not helpful got in early and she said i could check in if room available then changed to wait an hour or more later went to get some ice and guy told me no not to take up to room company policy. I asked for a manager and was told there is none. How can an established place the size of it not have any management. What if there is a dispute. worse yet was how noisy it was inside room. Train noise, people opening and closing doors and who knows what else. I even tried emailing them directly, still waiting for a response. They just do not care about there customers. It is really sad when there is no one whom you can contact to resolve any issues

Great little room which did what we needed. A shame there is no fridge or safe in the room. Access to the kitchen is also not allowed either. Hiring bikes was relatively cheap and convenient, so would recommend that. Overall, it’s a cheap hotel with friendly staff in a really nice location in Copenhagen.
