What a beautiful hotel. The design is incredible and the rooms are quite stunning. Especially the bed was a highlight. So comfortable! I honestly didn’t enjoy the welcoming at the reception. I booked two hrs before arriving. The lady at the reception seemed annoyed. There was some confusion about my booking. So I had to wait until she double checked with her manager. They had to give me a bigger room, because the booked category was not available. It felt that it annoyed her to give me the upgrade. On my second day I rented a bike. During my journey I realized that the break was not working, no bell and overall the bike had issues. I told the receptionist that they shouldn’t rent out bikes like this. I would have expected a refund or free drink for the uncomfortable experience. Overall! Great Hotel, but they really need to work on their service to make this place memorable and worth the high ticket.

We had a well equipped family room on the 2nd floor over looking the inner courtyard restaurant. The room was small but very clean, and modern. The hotel is perfectly located for lots of tourist attractions and transportation links Our only disappointments were the noise/music from the restaurant in the evening (until midnight) it wasnt loud enough to stop us sleeping but was noticeable each night. For us the beds werent the comfiest (they were too soft and the pilliws were too) however we appreciate this is personal preference. We had a wonderful few days in Copenhagen and would absolutely stay here again!

Major Romance Points ❤️

Overall a very beautiful and wonderfully located hotel. If you want to score some major romance points with your partner this is the hotel for it. Think lots of shades of pink and floral. It's very well revamped while holding on to lots of retro / old school charm and there are two gorgeous places to eat within the hotel. My only complaint is that there was no barrier from the shower floor with the rest of the of the bathroom floor so it was really difficult to not get water absolutely everywhere. There was also very little space for toiletries around the sink. Other than those two issues I really enjoyed my stay.

Well maintained beautifully decorated small hotel perfectly located for walking distance to everything in old and new Copenhagen. Super convenient to the Metro - you don't need taxis or ride shares here - and with genuinely friendly and helpful front desk staff! We had an excellent dinner at the restaurant, and the hearty Scandinavian breakfasts were good. . The Junior Suite was a nice size, had a great bathroom and was very quiet, although the 'living room' could have done with a TV or sound system. My only gripe is that I was a bit surprised about the in room bar which was an all included array of a lot of booze.... Personally I would have preferred an in room refrigerator and an unlimited Nespresso machine.
