I had to go to a room with a smaller bed to get air conditioning upstairs at 25C/75F. There was no hot water before 5 p.m. All the days. Otherwise, it was perfect. Very glam downstairs.

This old-world property with its Library Bar and top Italian restaurant is centrally located next to the Central train station. It was an easy walk from the hotel to places of interest - restaurants, river, Metro and surface trains, amusement Park. We found Copenhagen overall was expensive but this hotel was within budget.

The Copenhagen plaza is a most charming building & facility with an experience to match. Delightful helpful kind staff; excellent breakfast and the location (esp proximity to the central station ) can't be beat. Highly recommend. I'd stay there again if an opportunity arise. Thank you!
The elevator may be 100 yrs old but up to date in safety and operations. A delight!

We had a fantastic stay at Profil Hotel - our room was lovely, bright, and super comfortable. The hotel is right next to the train station, which made everything incredibly convenient, especially for early travel and getting around the city. From here, we were able to walk to cool neighborhoods like the Meatpacking District, grab amazing coffee and pastries, and even enjoy some of Copenhagen’s legendary craft beer at places like Mikkeller Viktoriagade and Warpigs Brewpub. The area feels energetic but safe, and everything we needed was within easy reach. Highly recommend for anyone wanting a stylish, central, no-stress base in Copenhagen.

Great location and breakfast!

Amazing location one basically across the street from central station and Travoli Gardens food hall. They set up a single bed for our daughter upon our arrival, which was very convenient. The room had good closet storage and was a good size. The breakfast was great as there were many options to choose from. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

My boyfriend and I loved our stay here! It was quite quirky and absolutely beautiful. The breakfast exceeded our expectations and the room was comfortable. It does take a while for the room to get cooler, so we had to crack a window open for a few hours before sleeping and turn down the temperature in the central fan since the heat would sometimes be too much. That was the only drawback, but we managed to work around it. The heated floors in the washroom were lovely! Also, it being near the central station and so many buses really made our trip! Overall, it was an amazing stay.

Excellent hotel , 2 minutes walk from the railway station and across the road from Tivoli Gardens. Hotel has great breakfast, hot and cold buffet. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Hotel is a little tired but in a way enhances it's charm.Rooms are clean and well stocked with tea and coffee and even dumbbells! Would definitely recommend and stay again if ever in Copenhagen.
