I’ve stayed at this hotel previously and I absolutely loved it so I booked another stay here. On my last visit here, the toilet did not work properly. The toilet flushed correctly for 1-3 flushed (back to back) but after that, the toilet wouldn’t flush. I had to wait about 10-15 min before I could flush for the water to go down. I kept telling the front desk

1. The carpet was filthy. 2. I requested an iron since the one in the room was broken. It never came. House keeping replaced towels but did not make the beds. 3. There was no hot water in building on Tuesday. 4. On the last day of our stay, there was mildew on the bed, under the headboard of the bed near the window and next to the night table.
