Lakefront home with stunning views and sunsets on Lake Blackshear that is close to boat ramp, Veteran's Memorial Park on a deep water lot. The house is one of only 3 houses that sit over the water making it a unique stay looking directly out over the lake. Steep discounts for monthly stays ($2,900/month and $1,900for a 2 week stay). NOTE: there is an error in the algorithm that is not showing the correct total for 2 week and longer stays. Contact me if interested and we will honor the rate.
The space
On top of AMAZING views, you will find 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. The house has 2 kings, 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds. The upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower. The downstairs had a tub/shower combo.
Guest access
You have access to the whole house, a large yard, a huge dock and all the lake you can take in!
Other things to note
There is a fire pit, a 2 story dock that connects to a wrap around walkway/porch. There is a large yard that is perfect for games and the lot is fenced making it safe for children or a dog.
