Finished to the highest standard and perfectly located within easy walking distance to amenities (large supermarkets, shops, restaurants, bars, beach, pharmacies), this property is the perfect choice for all those guests who do not want to rely constantly on a car. In addition, guests staying at this property can also enjoy the use free of charge of a swimming pool located 450m away from the apartment. Inside, the property has been fully renovated in 2025 and has been finished to the highest standard to offer a superior holiday experience. The apartment is set on the upper floor of a 2 storey building (there are no other units adjoining, the whole upper floor is occupied by this apartment) and is accessed via a set of steps from the road (where parking is available free of charge, if guests decide to rent a car). The interiors are new and cheerful, as well as fully air-conditioned (both in the lounge and in the bedroom). Entrance via the private furnished patio is onto the fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, large fridge, oven, 4 cooking rings, washing machine available outside and shared with the apartment opposite) with adjoining lounge area (sofa bed for 1 extra guest, smart-tv) and dining area. The large bedroom, with its comfortable double bed, opens to its own little terrace on the side. The modern bathroom with shower is located next to the bedroom. The style and the taste of the accommodation, together with the large array of equipments for a fully self catering holiday, will amaze even the most demanding guests.



For the lovers of Greek sun, the apartment features a private patio equipped with dining table for al-fresco dining. Our guests also enjoy the unbeatable bonus of free use of a shared swimming pool which is located 450m from the apartment (seasonal opening, June to September). Please note that the swimming pool is not part of the complex, is independently run and our guests have free access to it, therefore opening dates and entrance rules may vary.



NOTES: for the convenience of our guests, the price quoted includes: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, regular maid service with change of linen (once a week) and towels (twice a week). A security deposit for damages (euros 300) is required on arrival and refunded at the end of the stay.
