Unwind in Granna's Place, where comfort meets rustic charm nestled just a short stroll from our tranquil fishing pond. This inviting cabin features a variety of sleeping arrangements suitable for up to 16 guests, making it perfect for large families or groups.

The first floor is outfitted with four queen beds and a pull-out sofa, while the second floor offers five twin beds and a roll-away bed. For your convenience, bring your own bedding—sleeping bags, sheets, blankets, and pillows. The cabin includes a well-equipped kitchenette with infrared stove tops, a coffee pot, microwave, essential pots/pans, and a spacious 24-cu. ft. fridge/freezer for all your culinary needs.

Although the cabin does not have an indoor water source, city water is accessible outside at a spigot. Air conditioning ensures comfort during the summer months, and a large heating element is available to eliminate the chill during cooler weather. A conveniently located bathhouse is available near the office. Additional amenities include a microwave for quick meals, ample parking for about 6 vehicles, and a sofa bed for extra guests. Granna's Place is the ideal spot for those seeking a blend of simplicity and comfort while enjoying the natural beauty of Three Springs. Cool little cabin that houses a lot of people. Just note there is no running water in the cabin, there is a separate bath/shower house just down the road. Customer service was great and they accommodated a late night check in. Only negative is this is right on the side of the main road into the campground and parking is limited.

Do not rent!

Please read carefully before renting this property. This place is completely disgusting, with rats everywhere, and the entire cabin stinks of rat piss. No sane human being would stay in a place like this. As expected, I didn't stay at the property, and guess what? After 14 hours of traveling, I had to find another place to stay with my family. Worst of all, they won't refund my money. VRBO is convenient in every way, but they do nothing to help you; they're complicit. Mr. David is a despicable person. Just a warning.

Granna's Rustic Cabin is worth it.

This property is quaint and close to the ark encounter. Price beats everything around without actually camping in a tent. There was a miss on having our check-in envelope\key waiting for us but they responded quickly after hours. We did have to clear a few wasps after getting in and we saw a mouse with signs that mice have had access. We just had to make sure we disinfected the counter before doing anything with food There was also some left over food in the freezer from a previous group so I'm not sure how detailed things get looked at after checkout but I did mention it before we left since we weren't taking that with us. There were no checkout instructions but maybe that would have been in the envelope if we'd gotten one. Overall we'd stay here again if we didn't have an infant with us.
