Home includes laundry use, Full bathroom, & Full kitchen featuring: microwave, oven/range, refrigerator, withcomplimentary coffee. Please make note there is a semi busy State Hwy on west side of property. I bet you’ll forget once you settle in to the close proximity to the river on the east. Within a few miles of Cornell grocery store, Old Abe trail, Brunet Island State Park, which offers hiking, cross country skiing, plus outdoor fun! Close proximity to Lake Holcombe, Jim Falls, Chippewa Falls, & not far from snowmobile trails, & boat landing! Two kayaks on property for guest use. Base price is for two guests.
