The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers you for rent, on the commune of Cornimont, this charming apartment of a surface of 90 m ² and being able to accommodate to 8 travelers. Located on the 1st floor (without elevator), it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², a fully equipped kitchen, four beautiful bedrooms, a bathroom, and you can enjoy a garden of about 150 m². Wi-Fi included, we are waiting for you!

The accommodation is composed as follows:
- A living room of 25 m² with TV, double sofa bed, dining area and a functional pellet stove
- A fully equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, cooking plates...
- Room 1, 2 and 3 : a double bed (140x190)
- Room 4 : a double bed (140x190) + a bunk bed and a TV
- A bathroom with shower
- A separate toilet

Outside :
- A garden of 150 m², not closed, with outdoor furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

For even more comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, high chair, washing machine, baby bed, dryer.

The apartment is ideally located in Cornimont, in a very pleasant environment. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential stores but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

In winter you can enjoy the ski resorts (la Bresse - Brabant 6mn, la Bresse - Hohneck 15 mn, Gérardmer 25mn)
And the rest of the year, many activities (leisure base at the lake of Saulxures sur Moselotte 5mn, Lac des Corbeaux 15mn, Bold'Air 10mn...)

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly in the garage (1 vehicle) or in the courtyard of the accommodation (2 vehicles).

As for other means of transportation, here is some information that may be useful to you:
- A bus stop is located in front of the accommodation
- Nearest train station : Remiremont at about 25 minutes
- Nearest airports: Strasbourg, Basel, Mulhouse

Other remarks :
- Free wifi available (fiber optic).
- The stove is functional, the pellet is not provided.
- Animals accepted on request, for an extra charge of 15€/stay (only one animal accepted), please specify when booking.
- Sheets and towels are not included and can be provided on request, with an extra charge (rental and payment to be made with our partner on site). Price : 60€ for beds, regardless of number. 2€ per towel.
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
