You’ll be feeling the sand beneath your toes in no time when you stay at Knob Hill East, an oceanside Corolla vacation cottage located just 186 yards from the nearest beach access!

The large den which doubles as a second living area will come in handy to give everyone their own privacy. This family-friendly home has games, stereo, DVD players and in the living room a flat screen TV with a sound system to enjoy movie night. Relax with a good book in the loft with ocean horizon views.

You’ll also enjoy access to the community tennis courts in the Ocean Sands community. It is just a short walk or bike ride to shopping, restaurants, and golf.

This property is pet-friendly. There is an additional charge of $195+ taxes for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking.

Sheets and towels are provided at Knob Hill East.

The property is in an excellent location, just one block from the beach. However, the home appears to have been poorly maintained. The kitchen appliances are outdated and need replacement. We also encountered a gnat infestation, and the overall cleanliness was below expectations; the floors and countertops were dirty upon arrival.Several fixtures require attention, including toilet seats in all bathrooms and a shower head that is rusted and should be replaced. The baseboards are noticeably dirty and would benefit from cleaning and repainting. Additionally, the lawn has not been maintained, with overgrown grass and shrubs throughout the yard.
