Pidä tauko “Southern Paws” -sarjassa perheesi kanssa! Erinomainen järvenrantahotelli ja vain lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä rannalta! Nauti kauniista keittiöstä, jossa on ruostumattomasta teräksestä valmistetut laitteet ja graniittiset työtasot. Järven rannalla on oma uima-allas, jonka avulla voit rentoutua ja nauttia ulkovesien luonnollisista olosuhteista. Valitse helppo, hyvin hoidettu polku järven kärjen ympärille ja olet vain yhden korttelin päässä rannalta! Parkettilattiat, oma uima-allas ja tähdetäytteiset yöt kannella, josta on näkymä järvelle, odottavat saapumistasi. Lapset voivat kalastaa varustetussa järvessä, ja Fido rakastaa kävelyä rannoilla "lintujen" näköalalla paikallisista vesilinnuista. Onko pitkät, laiskoja päiviä rannalla, jonka päällä on rauhallinen liotus kylpytynnyrissä ja katsot haikarat ja ankat kuulostavat täydelliseltä? Although we did enjoy our stay, the house was filthy! Stained curtains, cobwebs and bugs, some alive like the roach that greeted us. Bugs smeared on walls. Dead flies on the top master balcony door. Marijuana in the sheets of the mid level master bed and hair shavings on the bathroom floor. Blood stains on the mid level couch. Front doorknob was broken. Ceiling fans and light switches were dusty. Clocks were almost all wrong. Counters and tables were dirty. We checked in on Thanksgiving and they offered to have a cleaning crew come out the following day, however with the extensive cleaning that was needed it would've interfered with our family time. And we had already cleaned what we could by that time, however kept finding more nasty at every turn. I called to ask about getting our cleaning fee back, and they refused! I am very unhappy, and will not return!

House was everything our group of 12 could have asked for. We were happy to see the pool was still open for our mid-October trip and a few of the braver in our group used it. Hot tub and pool area were very clean and a nice outdoor space. Kitchen was well appointed and we enjoyed using the espresso machine. We were low on forks and owner responded extremely fast. We enjoyed using the corn hole boards and there are a few beach chairs available. Beds were comfortable and house was clean for our arrival. Lots of ample parking for multiple cars. The lake view was beautiful and everyone loved walking the trail around the lake. Excellent stay, thank you!

This house desperately needs a deep cleaning which is consistent with many previous reviews. Location, layout, and amenities are solid. The team was responsive with a few initial requests to take care of excessive palmetto bugs, a broken lock, and troubles lighting the grill. The house has great potential but just a bit rough around the edges. There was a broken chair in the kitchen, broken chair on the top deck, dirty dishes that were not properly cleaned, good amount of dust and what looks like mold around the vents. The mold was quite concerning with a 10 month old child. Additionally, bring some extra blankets because I’ve never been provided less in terms of bedding. We could barely tell the difference between the sheet and top blanket. My advice to anyone staying here - be very transparent right away with any requests from the property management team. They won’t do anything after the fact.

House could have used a good deep cleaning, ie- one shower not cleaned, some trash in bedroom, evidence of vomit in a dresser drawer. We had consistent problems with the third floor master bath and could not consistently use the toilet on and off across five days of our stay. Property manager responded promptly and got techs out to help but the issue persisted and no one responded to the larger complaint and request for some sort of credit. That said, it’s a beautiful location and the pool area was really great for a big group.

Our daughters and families joined us for a week. It was the most amazing family time. My grandchildren saw the ocean for the first time, fell in love with the beach and created memories for a lifetime. It was a short walk to the beach. The home had everything we needed in the kitchen. The reality company gave us a gift bag of local treats and a beautiful apple pie from a local bakery. We couldn’t have asked for anything more!!

Great location, pool, and hot tub

We had a fantastic time during the week. The house was great, the lake was so much fun for fishing and kayaking, short walk to the beach, the pool was a blast and the hot tub was enjoyed for sure. The backyard was not cleaned up prior to our stay so there was former dog poop throughout the uncut grass (Which they did come and cut after we asked) and two chairs were broken and an umbrella. I was bummed I had to clean the outside furniture upon arrival because it was very dirty and we knew we would be at there most of the time. The sliding doors would not slide for us and my father was not able to use them. They did end up sending our an employee to look at he doors, but could not fix them for our stay, so we tried not to use them. Small little things but were frustrating after spending so much money. Ultimately we had a nice time with family and we would return because the location was perfect for our family.

Nice and big!

We stayed with 12 people ranging from 6-65 and there was plenty of room for us to be comfortable! The house was as described in the listing. We were disappointed in the cleanliness of the home however. There was dust at least a 1/4 inch thick on the fans, the carpets were dirty on the main floor, there was dirt and grime on all the dishes, the mirrors in one of the bathrooms looked as though someone spit toothpaste on it and it was never cleaned. I had to clean the first night we were there, sanitized all the dishes in the dishwasher on the sanitize setting, wiped the cabinets, faucets and mirrors down. Contacted Blue and they sent out a cleaner but I had already completed the work except for the ceiling fans and dirt/dead bugs on the windowsills. All and all it was a nice house, and we enjoyed our stay, just beware of the potential dirt!

Location location location

The location of this house was fantastic. People could walk to the beach and see all the crabs at night. Stores were a short drive away. Only issue was if we had to drive past Duck it took some time. I especially like the lack of through streets keeping traffic to a minimum.

Great location in Corolla

Great house for a large family or group. Lots of room. The grass at the pool among the chairs was very tall. The house could have been a bit cleaner, considering it was cleaned before our arrival. Nothing major, but there were cobwebs and the tall table in the kitchen was very sticky. The pool and hot tub were great! The town has a lot of things to do as far as shopping, restaurants, lighthouses, etc. The beach is a short walk. We very much enjoyed our visit to the Outer Banks. It's a beautiful area.

Wedding weekend

We had 9 adults 22 to 64 and 3 small pups. The house was so so cute. I loved the beach decor and the comfort of everything we needed. The deck overlooked a peaceful lake and beyond that a short walk to the beach. There was also nice shopping that was walkable, I mile away. We loved the hot tub and the pool table, beds were comfortable and we had no complaints!!

Comfortable, great location

House was well set up for our large family. With 3 levels it was easy to find a quiet place for the baby to nap or non game players to sit and talk. Plenty of room to cook a big Christmas dinner in the kitchen and everyone enjoyed the hot tub. Of note, this is a corporate managed property and therefore comes with extra steps to book that are outside of Vrbo and some rigidity you might not have with an individual owner. You get Exactly one towel per person and each bed gets one sheet and a bedspread. There is only one thermostat and the lower floors are colder than the upper so bring your own extra blankets.

Overall a good experience. The trash had not been picked up, and we were told that someone would come take care of that, and no one ever did. There were quite a few huge cockroaches, but I know sometimes that's just the beach in summer. Otherwise, a great time was had by all.

Great, spacious rental for three families. Great location for adults to walk to the beach easily, but was a little far for really young kids. Easy rental process and responsive management company.

Great place by the beach!

Big beach house with all the requisite beach house things: short walk to beach, very roomy, pool, hot tub, and grill. We brought our dog and she had a blast too.

Great Family Home - Walk to the Beach

We spent a week here with our adult children and toddler grandchild. It was a great place where everyone had their own space. The pool and outside shower are fabulous. There could be some minor upgrades, like a Keurig rather than an old coffee maker, but those are minor. When we got there, there were clean dishes in the dishwasher, and it was not as clean as we expected, but again, that was minor. We would absolutely stay here again!!

we had a blast! loved the outdoor aeeas shower, pool, hot tub abd balconies. Kitchen was roomy and we cooked every day. It was well stocked with everything we needed. Outer Banks Blue made it really simple to check in and out.

Wonderful getaway.

Houses are quite close together in this cul-de-sac but the homes on each side of us were unoccupied. The large pond/lake at the back of the house was an unexpected treat and gave us added privacy. We had a few questions for the managers and all things were attended to very quickly.
